A: When you first visit our store to order your wine, you are legally required to pay for all ingredients prior to starting the manufacturing process.  You must also sign a declaration stating that you are using the product for personal use, and won’t be attempting to re-sell it.  You are then required to pitch the yeast into a fermentation vessel to begin the fermentation process.  Once you’ve chosen the type of wine you want, these steps will only take about 2 minutes of your time.

Your second visit will be 4 to 8 weeks later, depending on the type of wine you purchased.  At this time you must sterilize your bottles, then fill and cork them.  You may also affix labels and shrink tops if you wish.  We always include these adorments, but whether you use them is your choice.  Filling and corking takes about 10 minutes.  Affixing labels and shrink tops takes another 10 to 15 minutes.  After that, it’s a simple matter of loading the finished product into your vehicle and taking it home.  We’re always willing to help if you need assistance lifting the cases of wine.

All told, you’re looking at less than a 30 minute commitment for 30 bottles of wine – and for your time, you’re rewarded with a 60% to 75% savings over the purchase of an equivalent quality commercial wine!
